WHAT: Guests will have the opportunity to sample more 50 different wines and experience new autumn items from Chef Seadon Shouse, who specializes in Northeastern farm and coastal cuisine with a nod to his Nova Scotia upbringing. This cocktail-style reception will be held in the spacious back dining room, where guests can enjoy dishes likeHudson Valley Duck Confit Flat Bread with NJ Squash, Oysters with Cucumber-Cranberry Mignonette, Chestnut Soup Shooters, Smoked Mussel Crostini with Chive Cream, and Duck Liver Pate on Brioche with Brandied Cherries.
