Chef Seadon Shouse and Pastry Chef Stuart Marx of Halifax, which recently earned a 3-star review of “Excellent” in NJ Monthly Magazine, are teaming up with premier Hoboken culinary studio Hudson Table for an evening of spring-inspired dishes and wine.
Preparing a five-course dinner for guests in Hudson Table’s open kitchen and intimate setting, Chef Shouse and Chef Marx will be cooking and discussing dishes like House Cured Duck Prosciutto, Spring Green Ravioli, Roasted Blue Cod, Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake, and Triple Chocolate Mousse Terrine. This immersive experience allows guests the opportunity to watch techniques used in restaurant kitchens, ask questions, and enjoy a delicious meal.
Wine will be provided for each course by Lauber Selections.
