Hip New Jersey Talks to Ryan Palianto for Motivation Monday

For #MotivationMonday, #HipNJ recognizes Ryan Palianto from Coccia Real Estate Group in East Hanover. Ryan sits down with Hip New Jersey to encourage budding entrepreneurs to take a leap of faith and follow their passion.

At the age of twenty-seven, Ryan began his foray into the field of Real Estate by buying his first residential property. Despite his lack of experience, he managed to negotiate an incredible deal that fueled his passion for the industry. Ryan brings this expertise to each and every client he serves and promises to negotiate each deal as if it were his own.

Ryan stresses the importance of relying on others for success. Support and guidance from other professionals in your field is key to keeping one motivated. He suggests having a colleague to confide in when times get tough. He also highlights the importance of resources that are readily available on the internet like motivational and educational videos and articles about your related field.

If you are considering a new passion project in 2018, let Ryan’s advice be all the inspiration you need to pursue your dreams!
