4 1/4 C. flour
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 C. (2 sticks) butter
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of yeast
1/2 C. vinsanto
3 C. whole, raw, almonds

4 large, yellow potatoes (russet will also work)
1/3 C. sunflower oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbs. cumin
1 Tbs. coriander
2 Tbs. smoked paprika
1 Tbs. turmeric
1 tsp. cardamom
