Ceviche is an amazing summer dish that requires no cooking! Check out the ingredients for this dish, which serves four, below.
Ceviche Serves 4
1 lb. fresh (medium sized) shrimp
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 jalapeno, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
juice of 2 limes
juice of 1/2 an orange
juice of 1 lemon
splash of ginger ale
salt & pepper
1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
