#HipNJ’s Lisa Marie Latino sat down with Giuseppe Landolfo, Senior Director of Production at Bulb Head to talk about the 2020 Battle for the White House Commemorative Chess Set.
This limited edition chess set is a collectible, timeless piece of history. The idea of this creation is to celebrate the upcoming historic election. The Chess Set is designed to play with one side for the Democratic party and the other side for the Republican party.
On the Republican side, we have the current President of the United States, Donald Trump and Vice President, Michael Pence. On the Democratic side, there are two empty pieces to be shipped to each buyer when the Democratic Presidential and Vice Presidential nominees are announced.
Designers are currently working on the figurines for Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders and Mike Bloomberg. Giuseppe and his team conducted several surveys among hundreds of people to get an idea of which candidates buyers wanted to see.
This Chess Set is a limited edition keepsake for future generations. Once the election has concluded, Bulb Head will not produce any additional sets. Each piece was made with impeccable design and detail. Each set is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
