Alzheimer’s New Jersey #CelebratingNewJersey Gala

Alzheimer’s New Jersey #CelebratingNewJersey Gala

On May 3rd, Alzheimer’s New Jersey hosted their seventh annual Celebrating New Jersey Gala, and #HipNJ has the scoop!

The highly anticipated gala included fabulous food, a silent auction, and spectacular musical entertainment. Support of the gala benefitted Alzheimer’s New Jersey in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. They work hard towards improving the lives of people in New Jersey who are affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias by offering continuous hope and support.

During the evening, the Circle of Honor award was presented to NJ.com’s Tony Dearing as recipient of the Spirit Award for his outstanding volunteerism in raising awareness about Alzheimer’s disease. Educational Testing Services was the recipient of the Corporation of the Year Award for outstanding corporate philanthropy and community dedication.

Proceeds raised form the Celebrating New Jersey Gala directly supported local programs and services for families facing this devastating disease, as well as research for a cure.
