Get Inspired to Start your own Company with Bro-Ritos Food Truck

Marcus Crawford – co-founder of Bro-Ritos, a food truck business that specializes in burritos – came to the #HipNJ studio to tell Asia Grace about his business.

Crawford co-founded Bro-Ritos with Jonathan Gibbs and Jarid Thomas in 2016. Before Bro-Ritos, they owned a food truck called “The Original Soupman”. That business wasn’t going the way they wanted it to go, so they decided to “make a pivot” and consider other products. They realized there weren’t any burrito food trucks on the market and decided to make that their focus.

Bro-Ritos serves a variety of burritos, tacos and quesadillas. The company’s most popular products, according to Crawford, are the Big Fella (which is served with chicken and beef) and the Chicken Chipotle Bro!. Bro-Ritos also has vegetarian and vegan options (black bean burritos and tacos, sweet peppers burrito). You can view their entire menu at here.

Crawford hopes to have three units, two trucks and be in one store, by spring 2020.

You can follow Bro-Ritos on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and view videos their YouTube.
