Cara’s Cucina: Marinated Grilled Chicken

Marinated Grilled Chicken

1.5 lbs. chicken breast, sliced into cutlets (you can use chicken pieces as well – this will change your cooking time)
1 C. salsa (whatever heat level you prefer)
1 Tbs. olive oil
1.5 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
1.5 tsp sazon spice mixture (or 1 packet of store-brought mix)
2 Tbs. chopped, fresh, cilantro (optional, for serving)

For the Sazon Mix
2 tsp. cumin
1.5 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. coriander
1.5 tsp onion powder
1.5 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbs. annatto (or use turmeric)
1 tsp. salt
