Spinach Ravioli
1 batch fresh pasta dough
2 C. ricotta cheese
1 1/2 C. fresh spinach, packed
1 egg
salt
black pepper
pinch of grated nutmeg
2 sticks (1 C.) butter
12-15 fresh sage leaves
parmesan cheese, for serving
