In times of uncertainty, the Garden State’s musical stars are giving their all for their communities! Celebrated NJ blues rocker Danielia Cotton is lending her talents to “Rock For Relief,” a special benefit concert hosted by Feeding America.
Feeding America is a non-profit addressing food insecurity in the United States. Founded in 1979, the organization operates 200 food banks across the country.
Rock For Relief aims to raise awareness and money for the charity’s COVID-19 response fund. With a spike in unemployment during the pandemic, Feeding America predicts that the need for food assistance will only increase.
Airing Friday, July 3rd at 8:00pm and 11:00pm EST, Rock For Relief features a star-studded musical line-up. Cotton will perform alongside the likes of Corey Taylor, Don Felder, and George Thorogood, to name only a few.
In addition to music, Rock For Relief will feature talent interviews by Alice Cooper and Joe Satriani and special appearances from Peter Frampton and Adam Gontier.
The performance comes amidst Cotton’s virtual tour celebrating the release of her newest album, “A Different War.” She will perform an acoustic version of the lauded album’s title track for the benefit, accompanied by hip-hop artist Mickey Factz.
