The event entitled “Taste of Entrepreneurship – An Evening with Food Entrepreneurs” will be presented by Montclair State’s Department of Nutrition and Food Studies and the Feliciano Center for Entrepreneurship. The keynote speaker, Top Chef Masters winner Floyd Cardoz, will lead the discussion on entrepreneurship, current market trends, innovative culinary business models and much more!
A discussion panel will follow Cardoz’s address. Panelists include Karen Fischer, founder/executive chef of the Montclair Culinary Academy; Henry Goldstein, president/CEO of Nu Products Seasoning Company; Natale Grande, chef/CEO of The Flying Meatballs; Djenaba Johnson-Jones, founder/CEO of Hudson Kitchen; and Marc Oshima, Chief Marketing Officer of AeroFarms.
The event will be moderated by Nancy Brannigan Painter, publisher/founder of Edible Jersey.
