Debbie Seife of FrieslandCampina met with #HipNJ’s Maria Falzo to discuss the award-winning cheeses her company creates.
Seife works for FrieslandCampina’s marketing department. FrieslandCampina is one of the world’s largest dairy companies. FrieslandCampina is stationed in the Neverlands and has been around since the late 1800s. The company produces a variety of dairy products, including milk, cheese, yogurt, etc.
Seife talked about A Dutch Masterpiece, one of the brands FrieslandCampina produces. A Dutch Masterpiece is an award-winning brand of aged Dutch cheese. The three cheeses Seife displayed during her visit were Vincent, Rembrandt, and Frans Hals. Each cheese was named after a famous Dutch artist. The Rembrandt cheese became a world-championship cheese several years ago.
“We’re quite proud of it, and it’s one of our favorites,” Seife said.
Vermeer is another award-winning cheese produced by A Dutch Masterpiece. You can find the A Dutch Masterpiece brand in stores like ShopRite and Kings.
A Dutch Masterpiece’s website has information on how to create different types of cheeseboards. You can also find information on the artists the cheeses are named after.
