
Blend on Main – a restaurant located in Manasquan, NJ – appeared in an episode of Gordon Ramsay’s ‘24 Hours to Hell and Back’ on Jan. 14.
Chef Lou Smith, the owner of Blend on Main, describes the restaurant as “a meeting place for the nostalgic flavors and aromas of my childhood”.
’24 Hours to Hell and Back’ is a reality television show that helps failing restaurants. The show recorded its episode featuring Blend on Main back in October, according to the Blend on Main website. During that time, the crew renovated the dining area and Chef Gordon Ramsay, the show’s host, gave Smith a lot of advice on how to manage the restaurant and save money.
Blend on Main was one of the two New Jersey restaurants featured in this season of ‘24 Hours to Hell and Back’, according to an article on wobm.com. The second restaurant is Caneda’s White Rooster, which is located in Toms River. Caneda’s White Rooster serves Cuban cuisine and American bistro cuisine. The White Rooster episode will air on Jan. 21.
