
HudsonMOD recently celebrated its second year anniversary with an exclusive, lavish event at Maritime Parc in Jersey City, and #HipNJ has your inside scoop!
#HipNJ’s Lisa Marie Latino attended this extravagant cocktail party, and chatted with representatives from luxe Garden State companies, such as Bacardi, Benzel-Busch, Ecru Lifestyle Beauty, Landarama, Inc., and of course, the brains behind HudsonMOD!
HudsonMOD publisher Shannon Steitz explained that: “Being born and raised in New Jersey, it never made any sense to me why some of the most affluent counties in the entire nation weren’t served by a true lifestyle publication of this caliber.” Her mission is to give #HipNJ a magazine we deserve!
Guests noshed on a delicious display of imported cheeses, shrimp cocktail, and pulled pork; dessert was The Stuffed Cupcakes‘ new Tres Leche treat. Open-bar cocktails were compliments of Bacardi, and specialty drinks included the “Melon Royal” (made with the new Grey Goose Le Melon and lemon-lime soda) and “Mango Fused” (made with Bacardi Mango Fusion with orange juice). Bacardi’s field marketing manager, Andrea Lokshin, explained that getting her brand involved was a “no brainer” because the clientele of Bacardi matches with HudsonMOD.
Attendees had the opportunity to sample amazing products from HudsonMOD’s sponsors. JR Cigars brought a few of their favorite items, and Chanel gave the girls a makeup re-touch.
Lisa Marie’s fav exhibit was the Ecru Lifestyle Beauty “Express Bar”. She spoke with the owner, Mark DePasquale, about his phenomenal hair care products while getting a mini-mane makeover! She also loved the cool rides parked out front, including the 2014 Audi RS 7.
One attendee summed the night up best: “Beautiful weather, beautiful people, wonderful party!”
