What is your favorite local restaurant?
Butchers Block in Long Branch, Porta in Asbury Park, Bar Anticipation in Lake Como, Greenrock in Hoboken, and any Sweetberrry Bowls. They all have great food, and great atmospheres.
What is your favorite salon or spa?
BG Barbershop in Ocean Township, and West Long Branch. All the employees support my bar and my businesses.
What is your favorite local place to do business?
Boscia and Boscia in Matawan. They are great accountants.
What is your favorite “Made in Jersey” product?
My BBQ Sauce called Mr. Q’s. It’s a tribute to my late mother.
How has COVID-19 affected your business?
I am a partial owner of a bunch of açaí bowl stores in New Jersey also called Sweetberry Bowls. I also partially own a bar in Hoboken called Greenrock. I bartend at Bar Anticipation and Porta and all of these businesses are shut down because of COVID-19. I have a Filipino bbq business that my late mother invented that I am now focusing on and selling online.
