What is your favorite local restaurant?
Big Mike’s Little Red Store in Atlantic Highlands. Mike’s eatery is high-end food in a historic red barn store. The cutest and the best food!
What is your favorite local boutique?
Juli Mei in Spring Lake. I can always find exactly what I’m looking for when I’m there.
What is your favorite salon or spa?
Craft House Salon in Atlantic Highlands. I’ve been a client of theirs for 8 years and could never go to anyone else! Not only are they insanely skilled, but the nicest people you’ll ever meet. It’s such a relaxing experience being there.
Where is your favorite local daytime hangout?
The Seafarer Bar in the Highlands. Nothing beats being on the water at an outdoor bar with fire pits, food trucks, and live music!
What is your favorite nighttime hangout?
Off the Hook in the Highlands. Chillest outdoor bar, and amazing fresh food. It doesn’t get any better!
What is your favorite local place to do business?
My favorite place to buy food, flowers, and basically anything is The French Market in Rumson. It just doesn’t get any better than that spot!
What is your favorite “Made in Jersey” product?
Katie’s Cottage Barn’s bracelets! Katie is not only so talented but the most lovely person. Her colorful beaded bracelets support so many charities.
What is your favorite New Jersey downtown district?
Atlantic Highlands. Quaint shops and restaurants, beautiful water views, and it only attracts the locals.
What is your favorite New Jersey-based service business?
Cassandra Shah Flowers in Shrewsbury. Cassandra is the most talented floral designer and she can create any vision you’re looking for.
How has COVID-19 affected your business?
No weddings! I’ve halted all day-of pieces but have been fortunate to continue designing all invitations and stationery.
