How has COVID-19 affected your business?
Unfortunately, my husband and I had to shut down our primary line of business. It was incredibly hard and I was depressed for the two weeks that followed that decision. We also had to significantly reduce our employees’ hours. On the bright side, a few of our clients have been incredibly supportive and have continued their patronage even though we’re not providing services currently. We are also fortunate to have an online shop called The Cuddly Boutique, but our online store is still very new and doesn’t have too much traffic. I’ve had to pivot my career and have launched a business consulting firm called KBS Consulting to help individuals that are interested in entrepreneurship and starting a business, which has been receiving such a very positive response. I’m incredibly excited about this new venture.
