Sports Betting Hits New Jersey

Sports Betting Hits New Jersey

Until now, sports betting has been illegal to the public. The only place people could bet on sports were illegal bookies in Las Vegas.

Recently, Gov. Phill Murphy signed off on sports betting on Monday, June 12, 2018. People from New Jersey can now participate in sports betting in selected racetracks and in casinos! New Jersey will officially be the second LEGAL state to allow sports betting.

Allowing sports betting to be available in New Jersey can be very beneficial to people all over. It will create around 50 to 120 new job opportunities in one town alone!
