The Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange recently checked in their 100,000th guest, and we exclusively gave Jordan from Alabama a big #HipNJ welcome!
“We have been really excited here at the hotel,” gushed reservation manager Amanda Borrerro to our Maria Falzo. “We have been monitoring the number of reservations, and when it hit 100,000, we wanted to do something very special!”
Upon his arrival, Jordan was feted with a fabulous party in his honor, complete with fruit, cake, champagne, and entertainment. Guests were encouraged to take part of the festivities, and were left impressed by The Wilshire’s customer service style.
“It’s nice to be in a place as warm and welcoming as it is here,” said Milwaukee‘s Sara Meaney, who added to the excitement by coining #WaitingForJordan.
Jordan was upgraded to the lush Presidential Suite, which offers a luxurious king bed, Wolfgang Puck coffee service, marble bathroom, and private Jacuzzi.
The Wilshire Grand’s staff also presented Jordan with a goodie bag that included 2,000 Stash Points. Jordan can redeem his Stash Rewards for free stays at participating independent hotels across the country, including the Caribbean.
Jordan, who came in for business from Birmingham, was floored by everyone’s reception.
“My clients recommended The Wilshire Grand Hotel due to their comfortable environment, and they were right. They made my first visit to New Jersey a wonderful experience!” Jordan exclaimed.
For The Wilshire’s general manager, Ed Reagoso, it was a pleasure to give Jordan this memory:
“Tonight’s celebration is a testament to The Wilshire Grand Hotel’s mission to provide guests with memorable stays. We are happy to commemorate this time with Jordan, and we look forward to welcoming our 100,001th guest and beyond!”
