The Dream Wheel Brings Airborne Adventure to American Dream

The Dream Wheel Brings Airborne Adventure to American Dream

American Dream and Skyviews of America announced the imminent opening of the Dream Wheel — a giant, highly-anticipated observation wheel that provides a new view of Manhattan’s iconic skyline for guests at American Dream.

This new site will allow guests to soar through the sky and enjoy the view from the comfort of temperature-controlled gondolas. The site also offers a VIP experience with premium seating and upscale décor.

The experience is sure to captivate guests, who can also enjoy culinary confections from Deep Fried Love — an elevated food unit offering a gourmet approach to carnival favorites such as Deep-Fried Oreos, Nutella Funnel Cake and Fried Twinkies. Guests are welcome to bring their Deep Fried Love treats on their trip as they rise 300 feet into the sky.

“American Dream provides our guests with exhilarating experiences unrivaled anywhere else in the world,” Don Ghermezian, the CEO of American Dream, said. “The Dream Wheel is no exception as no other destination offers these remarkable views of Manhattan, the Hudson River and the New Jersey Meadowlands. It is sure to be loved by locals and tourists alike as it becomes an iconic New Jersey landmark.”

“As soon as we saw American Dream, we knew it was the perfect location for our observation wheel in the New York/New Jersey market,” Guy Leavitt, the Owner of Skyviews of America, said. “With the magnitude of American Dream, the location steps from MetLife Stadium, visibility from Manhattan, and the 110 million cars that drive past it annually, the Dream Wheel is destined to be an iconic landmark. We can’t wait for guests to take a turn on the Dream Wheel!”

Starting Apr. 13, the site will be open seven days a week for general admission, VIP experience and private events. Pre-sale for tickets already began. To purchase tickets or inquire about an event, click here.
