#HipNJ spent #SmallBusinessSaturday in Downtown Summit with Beyond Main. Maria Falzo of #HipNJ chatted with the owner of The Silver Lining, Alexandra Kilby, on her beautiful jewelry pieces.
Alexandra offers a great mix of different designers and price points. She carries Pura Vida Bracelets that start at $6. She also works with international designers and independent artists out of New York. Her store is like a big jewelry box for anyone who likes sparkly items. Alexandra has a lot of fashion forward and semi-precious pieces. You can make any piece of jewelry fun!
Since she started this business 16 years ago, she gets excited every season to bring beautiful jewelry to people who love to express themselves through a little sparkle.
She enjoys seeing what Small Business Saturday has become, as it is wonderful to see the community that supports her business, “We love to see all the people that come in and shop locally. We get to know them, we get to know their wives, their kids, so we can help pick things out for them. And we appreciate the people that come in here.” Small Business Saturday is very important as it is representing independent stores like The Silver Lining.
The Silver Lining has sales going on the whole month of December. They’re open 7 days a week this month, so make sure you go check them out!
To shop The Silver Lining, you can visit their website, or shop local online at Beyond Main. The Silver Lining can also be found on Instagram and Facebook.
