Jay’s passion for wine was the motivating factor for starting and maintaining his business. Since establishing Washington Valley Cellars, Jay and his team have built hundreds of one-of-kind cellars and wine storage areas for oenophiles in New Jersey and around the country.
Jay and his staff ensure the best possible costumer service. They work closely with customers on consulting, layout, framing and insulation, installation of vapor barriers, lighting and temperature control, as well as design direction for magnificent cellar doors, brick columns and decorative walls of stone and granite accents.
Recently featured in Wine Spectator magazine- among many other publications– Jay boasts a 4,000-bottle wine loft of his own, and credits the thriving wine industry for a surge in wine cellar design.
