“I noticed that if you can get onto the golf course with the right people, business becomes easy,” Pincus states. “There’s no activity like golf, in terms of building a relationship.”
Here’s a breakdown of how it works. A company gives World Golf Network a profile of who they are, what they do, and who they want to meet. If they can help, the company is accepted into the system and is matched up with people who they can get referred to for business, or might need to take their business to the next level.
“You learn more about a person over one round of golf than you could over months of having cocktails and meeting with them,” Pincus said. “You get to learn who they are, what they do, and how they communicate with people.”
There are over 4,000 executives in their database that are used to match up people based on who they could actually do more business with.
